Project Overview

“Future Stars of Zanzibar: Discover, Train, Shine!” is a transformative youth development program aimed at identifying and nurturing raw talent in sports, arts, and creative expression among children and adolescents aged 10–18 across Zanzibar. Our mission is to create a sustainable platform that offers equal opportunities, instills discipline, and fosters self-confidence, all while showcasing the immense untapped potential of Zanzibar’s young generation.

The program will run across Unguja and Pemba, focusing on underserved communities and rural areas. Through structured scouting, professional training camps, mentorship, and public showcases, Future Stars of Zanzibar will become a beacon of hope and opportunity — and a pipeline of future stars for the region and beyond.
